The customer portal replaces sharing via cloud folders: monthly documents are provided per business and retrieved through time-limited, signed links with a PIN, never as email attachments.

The foundation is ten years of programming experience and a degree in computer science: a BSc in Software and Information Engineering, with a master’s in computer science in progress. The experience comes from software development in industry, web development at an agency and running servers and IT infrastructure, in projects in Austria and Switzerland.
That shapes the way of working: cleanly structured code, hosting that is monitored and backed up, and a structure that can still be changed easily years later.

How much does a website cost?
Websites start at €1,290. The exact price depends on scope and features. After the intro call, you receive a written fixed-price quote. No VAT is charged under the Austrian small business scheme.
What are the running costs?
After go-live, the only running cost is hosting, from €15 a month. A care plan with updates, backups and monitoring is optional. The domain is registered in your name and paid directly to the registrar, roughly €10 to €15 a year depending on the ending.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, in up to three instalments as the project progresses, for example on order, after design approval and at go-live. The exact split is agreed in the quote.
How long does it take?
Two to four weeks from approval of the concept. The schedule is fixed before the project starts.
What do you need to provide?
Information about your business and existing material such as your logo or photos. Concept, copy, development and setup are included. Nothing is published without your approval.
Can content be edited later?
Yes. On request, a content management system is set up so that text, images and dates can be updated without any coding. Alternatively, changes are handled as part of ongoing support.
Will the website be found on Google and in AI search?
Every website is technically prepared for search engines: clear structure, fast loading and structured data. This also helps AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Google’s AI Overviews understand your business correctly. No one can seriously guarantee specific rankings.
Can an existing website be replaced?
Yes. Existing content is carried over and revised, the domain stays the same and old addresses are redirected so that existing Google rankings are preserved.
How are hosting, data protection and security handled?
Websites are hosted in Europe, delivered over encrypted connections and monitored continuously. Daily backups and full documentation keep everything running long term. A privacy policy and cookie notice are part of every project.
